Terms & Conditions
- Orders are released to trucking company once the payment is received.
- Customers are responsible for shipping arrangements. We will provide you with pallet dimensions and weight once the order is assembled with the invoice if requested. If you can provide us with shipping labels, we will label them on the boxes or pallets. When you do arrange your shipments by your own, we give 2% off from your order.
- All of our items are under No Return / No Exchange policy except for the wrong items.
- If you have any request on shelf life, please let us know when you place an order. We usually give non-local customers minimum of 2 months shelf life but it is your choice. If not requested, we will apply 2months shelf life.
- If the items did not meet the minimum shelf life requested, we will cancel the item automatically and it will not show on your invoice.
- If you would like to receive C.O.D. / Prepaid discount of 2%, please make sure to notify when placing an order. Otherwise, 2% discount will not be applied and we can’t make adjustment after receiving an order from you.
- O.D. / Prepaid discount does not apply to your very first order.
- All of your first order must be prepaid.
- If there is an outstanding payment, we will hold the next order until we have received your payment.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the exchange rate.
